Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account and privacy.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm.

Your sign-in is removed straight away and you are signed out on that device. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days. See the contact details in our privacy policy.

What is deleted

• Your login, email address, display name, username and profile photo.
• Your challenge participations, check-ins, journal entries and proof photos.
• Your notifications, push-notification tokens and invites you sent or received.

What is kept

• Challenges you created stay available to the people in them, with your name removed (shown as an anonymous creator), so their leaderboards still add up.
• Minimal records we must keep for legal or security reasons, for no longer than required.

Backups that may contain your data are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.
